Oriental Prawn noodles

Don’t let the plain heading fool you, its not just prawn and noodles, but if i’d named this post ‘prawn, peas, green onion, ginger, garlic and egg with noodles’; it just wouldn’t look right. This is one of my personal, quick to rustle up dishes, minus the chilli my son adores it too! all that stringy noodle slipping and slurping who can blame the little guy. Packed with fresh oriental flavours like ginger, green onions and lime, this is truly an understated looking dish but don’t judge a book by its cover (didn’t your mother teach you that?). Try it and see!
