What you’ll need
▪️4 salmon fillets
▪️3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
▪️1 tbsp soy sauce
▪️1 tsp ginger powder
▪️1 tbsp olive oil
▪️Salt & pepper to taste
-In a small bowl mix together the chilli sauce, soy sauce, ginger, olive oil and salt & pepper to taste.
-Coat salmon fillets in the marinade and chill in fridge for up to 30mins (less if in a rush)
-Place salmon under a high grill between 6-10mins till salmon flakes (you can also use a George foreman grill for the salmon with the same cooking time)
Guess what? your delicious shiny glazed salmon is ready! This is perfect with roast potatoes, fries, mash, rice medleys or just salad.
